Rental Agreement and Conditions of Hire
A deposit of 50% of the total rental is due to confirm
the booking.
Full payment is
required 14 days prior to pickup.
On commencement of hire a
bond of $800.00 on a Credit Card is required.
Minimum age of any hirer or driver of tow vehicle is 25 years and must
produce a current driving license. All persons towing camper trailers
must be listed on hiring agreement.
Camper trailer to be returned cleaned as per
condition of pick up.
Camper trailer to be returned to
pick up point before 10am on the last day of the
rental agreement. Any extension of hiring term is at the discretion of A1
Camper Hire and must be arranged at least 48 hours before termination of
hire.
The cost of repairs to damage is the responsibility of the hirer and must
be reported to A1 Camper Hire immediately. Contact 0401 564 221 or 0401
293 397. Repairs need authorization of A1 Camper Hire or a possible
recharge for any rework may apply.
Any tyre repair or replacement is the responsibility of the hirer and must
be a tyre approved by A1 Camper Hire.
Late returns will be charged at a rate of $300/day
or part there of.
No off road travel.
No pets.
No smoking in Camper Trailers including camp fire smoke.
No bikes, fridges, freezers, tables, chairs, tents,
poles, generators, or any heavy equipment to be carried in the camper
trailers.
A1 Camper Hire operates a NO REFUNDS policy which is not negotiable and
upon commencement of hire you accept this condition. There is no refund
for late pick up or early return of Camper Trailer.
In the event of an accident, no liability or fault to be admitted.
